Refund policy
At Tejido, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please email us at hello@shoptejido.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days for a refund, which will be issued to the original form of payment when the package is received by our team. There will be a $12 processing fee subtracted from the total refund. A second exchange may be requested, but the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and must request authorization prior to returning - returns without authorization will not be accepted.
*Please note: all sale items are FINAL sale and discount codes cannot be combined. Price adjustments are not offered for items purchased before a sale or promotion. Sale offers are valid online only unless stated otherwise.
International Orders: Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We also recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost/missing packages.
Returns requested after the 7- day window will be considered for store credit only and are subject to approval. If approved, customers will be responsible for shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the price tags intact.
