Shipping policy

 

We are happy to offer free shipping on online orders being shipped within the U.S. of $500 or more. Please note that this will be applied at checkout.

Due to our small crew, orders may take 2 - 5 business days to process prior to shipping. During the holidays, it may take a little bit longer to fulfill your order.

We currently use USPS or UPS Ground for all shipping.

You will be notified once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

If there are any issues with your order please let us know within 7 days of your delivery date.

*Shipping disclaimer: Once we hand off your order to the carrier, we do NOT have any control over the shipping details. Timing, handling, and updates are handled by the carrier. If lost or delivered to the wrong location by the carrier, you will need to contact USPS or your local post office to discuss the issue. We will always do what we can to help you with package(s) but we don't have access to any additional information than is available to you via the carriers tracking system.
